While vacationing in Tennessee last year, we were relaxing about the upper circle from the cabin we were keeping. It was the middle of the morning, gorgeous weather, lovely views of the around mountains, a small do right behind our top circle with a vly on one side leading up to one of several nearby mountains.birds chirping, squirrels rustling in the leaves..
….when all of a sudden we all hear zzzzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZEEEEEEE and we view a self glide by screaming with excitement since they ride down a new zipline RIGHT past our own cabin!!!!! We had to laugh since many of us didnt even spot the line running with the valley next to each of our upper circle until finally we saw the self glide by! Achievable, we couldnt delay to see another and nervously waited for more in the future! My husband looked appropriate at me along with said you HAVE to do that! My initial reaction has been, I don’t reckon so!!! But as we viewed more and more people zoom earlier us, obviously so excited and having enough time of their lives, I started to have second feelings. I knew if I turned down this chance, I probably wouldn’t find another chance. What i’m saying is, come on, it transpired that the cabin we rented was right near the Zip Line ! I understood I would be actually mad at personally for NOT doing it! The sole conundrum was that will my husband couldn’t join me in this adventure because we had our little girl with us. Yet that conundrum was solved when a good friend of ours which lives in Sc chose to take a ride over and take the plunge with me!
And the next arrives..
So here we are, driving a car down the road to the introduction of the zipline.I was shaking..and we were all laughing and joking since of how frightened I was! When we got there of course we had to fill out the records (which scares you’ll more) and with ready just a link min’s, they called us to the back to find suited up. We got the whole works.helmet, gloves, harness and rope. We were looking quite silly and then got to become a member of the rest of the group of silly looking people almost all excited and anxious and ready for the journey to start. During our bus ride as much as the first tower, all of us knew we were in for some crazy occasions as our guides were hysterical! When we arrived at the tower, they showed us how to hold on tight, what to do, etc. and so they helped us along by pushing each of us off the “cliff”. That’s really an e?cellent thing since I dont think I could have jumped off myself!!!!

Indeed it was a new THRILL! I was connected with the first collection we did! It was incredible! With my first one, my personal confidence grew and that i was certainly set for the next line! To get to each line there were to hike an incredibly fleeting distance to access each of the towers. Many of us did about 5 or 6 of them I believe. Each one of these was a small various and with the first one particular, we were all far more nervous than frightened. The tour guides made it very fascinating, wanting to scare us, pry apart us.they were experts at this! But hey, that made it that much more fun! When we were accomplished, we were all Thus pleased and very pleased and I couldn’t wait to inform my husband all about this! I will certainly try it again if we are in or around the particular Sevierville area of Tennessee on a single of our next vacations. It was truly an experience I will never forget along with I’m SO glad I did it!
